History of The Corporation

The corporation was actually created to provide for public prime, but aprroximatley 150 years ago, the corporation was not as significant as it has become today. Now, it is one of the dominant institutions, which is providing so much to the public and creating wealth. The role of business corporations is increasing in today’s society and this role is going to become more significant in coming years. However, the corporation nowadays has become the principal system that gives you both advantages and disadvantage as well. If we look into the law which based on it, the corporation can only deal with the partners’ concerns. It is legally pledged to underlined its concerns before any matters included the public prime. A corporation in the form as a person could be described as a psychopath which deliver the moral responsibility to the employees inside it which will lead even the nicest employees still have to deal with the dreadful efforts at work. Still unclear whether the corporation needs to get separated from the individuals or not since the employees inside a corporation should represent for the image and vision of that corporation itself.

In previous days, we always pay attention to public values or also known as ‘the commons’ such as natural resources, water, air, rivers, education, and health. Those all were used to secure with rules and regulations. Nowadays, everything has become easier to take over and developed for business matters. what is the sourse for this one ?(Bakan, 2005).

A marketing strategy that the corporation presents through media campaign indeed has become something that we can’t deny that it had hypnotized the young generations to purchase the products that they actually don’t need or want. In simple words, it has created the mindless generations with such a mindset to consume any products for the sake of commercials.

The externalities could be described as the conditions of costs or impacts from productive or commercial activity. The negative results form the externalities claimed to be quite serious to harm on the employees and environmental as well. Thisis proven from a significant disparity which affected the employees in the case of sweatshops. Other externalities mentioned as the pollutions which produced from the petrochemical industry could lead to the health issues for the employees and definitely will effect on the environment as well. Although everything is made for the satisfaction of the partners, the corporation indeed is the one to be blamed for the incidents that happened along the process.
