Introduction of POWER ELITE

Power elites is a widely used term in society. The term presents the great contribution of the Wright Mills in the research history of political, sociological and organizational areas. the term was introduced to present that how very few people on the globe are ruling the whole human being in different regions under their controls just on the basis of power. In the political sector's business man are ruling the countries. Power elites are making policies and influencing the lifestyle of the public in many ways. Even world is raising its voice for democracy but still in many areas of the world formal political mechanics are not enough strong to promote democracy and control power elites rule. 

Marxist and Weberian are the two different schools of thoughts towards the Power elites that presents the different views about the reasons and resources that makes power elites in the society. In this essay theories of both schools of thoughts are discussed in the detail to presents their views about power elites. However, other than all these essays also provide information about the power elites in Hong Kong. A research study conducted by the Ho and his research fellows discussed the past and present situation of Hong Kong towards power elites by analysis results related to corporations, tertiary education, government, and corporates. In the second part of the essay, the article is evaluated and discussed according to all important information discussed in the article as the data collection method, and the discussion on the basis of collected data.
