Prelude to War A Comparative Analysis of the Films

        The movie is about to train the US military personals during the period of WWII before its releases in theatres. The movie revolves around one question and that is why fight is necessary. The movie has compared the salve and free world in detail. One can see throughout the movie that how dictatorship has been evolving in the country of Italy, Japan and Germany. On the other hand separateness developed in USA. In the movie, the enemy’s propaganda & aggression can be easily seen in so many ways. Different graphics, maps and footages show how the movie has tried to build a specific narrative about the war.

    The situation at the time period of World War II can be easily analyzed throughout the movie. Various footages and dramatic recreation of the situation explains how US had decided to go into the war. After the incident of Pearl Harbor and bombings in various other countries including Albania and Poland, US decided to take a firm stand.
