Introduction of Reflective Report on e-portfolio

        I am a dedicated and committed student enrolled in the Business studies classes of Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Australia. Having a strong educational background in the business studies and other similar subjects I am capable to work at the managerial positions of any organization. Being an intelligent student, I have studied several additional courses related to skills development. I have also worked in organizations at different positions to promote my capabilities and knowledge for managerial job requirements. Having a keen interest in modern Information Technology I attended conferences and training workshops that enhanced my information about the actual work experiences. My extrovert behavior ever supported me to adjustment in a new environment. Now I am confident that in future I can work in any organization of Australia. The statement of the Purpose is generated to project my capabilities and skills that will support me in completing artifacts in the light of taught theories and concepts of leadership and organizational management.
