From this study, I learnt that, as a manager I will follow
this theory because this is the good theory and most effective theory. Because
it describes about the leader must be served as the servant first. I have observed
from this study that the central meaning of it was related that great leader
must be experienced as the as the servant to others first. I will be following
this because being good mangers first I want to be good leader for my team members.
The mangers are those persons and individuals
who plays their role to run the organization smoothly in effective manners. The
mangers must be work in the organization in effective ways because it is the
good effort to enhancing the productivity of the organization and this
productivity can enhance by enhancing
the performance of the mangers in the organization. To planning, organizing
leading and controlling are includes in the functions of the mangers. Moreover,
classical management, administrative management and scientific management are
