From the all of these studies I
have learn about the mangier skills. These studies address me to thinking about
the managerial functions. The attribute of the managerial skills is described
in good ways. It provides sufficient knowledge for enhancing the good
strategies of management with in organization.
I always believe in to converting the complex thing in to simple. These
studies provide me knowledge about the HR management related to recruiting
process. From this study, I learnt that, as a manager, I need to question my
hiring decisions to make sure I employ a diverse range of people. . I am
majoring in Human Resource Studies. In these roles, I have effectively
championed best practice people management and driven performance improvement. I have also learned about the leading
developing diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives through projects
within my university studies. These all studies play significant role for
leveraging my knowledge of both business and technology.
