It is concluded that the management
is base of any organization and this paper has also proposed the several
functions and works of the management. The servant leadership theory has been
discussed in this study in good ways. The individuals who are involved in to helping
the other they are the follower of the servant leadership theory. This all
world is believed on the statement give and take which is leaders towards the mangers
will not take of the employs than employee can be irritate from their boss. All
the peoples even the employees of your organization are wait for the proceeding
for the leader first rather the employee proceeds first. For all of the
organization which are serving their services this theory can be implemented
for enhancing the performance of the organization. It doesn’t matter either the
organizations profit, not profit or public organization.
The good manger can be faced several
types of the challenges sometimes. These challenges can be effective for the
manger for succeeding in their positions. It has been concluded that the
mangers must be realize that the success of the organization is directly
depends on the success of the team work. The good mangers is that individuals
who maintain the balance among the work load and team members. So, he must be motivate their subordinates for
creating the happy environments among the workers and it will be bring more
productivity for the organization. This paper also discuss the about the
management in the organization and the role of the management.
The managerial staff deal with
the employees to get work done according to the requirements. In the past
times, managerial work responsibilities were limited to the work outcomes only.
Scientific management, quantitative management approach, and classical
management represents the early management theories and concepts that were
changed with the passage of time to bring more and more improvement in the
operations and to deal with the competitive market. Key functions of leaders or
managers includes leading workforce in the right direction. Leaders need to
have good vision in order to work as effective leader in the organization.
Furthermore, diversity management also includes in the managerial job
responsibilities. Diversity of age, gender, and races should be managed by the
leaders and managers to avoid conflicts and issues at the workplace.
The attributes of the good managers
are also discussed in this study in extensive manager as the good manger always
dedicated professional with a commitment to championing Diversity and Inclusion
within the corporate environment. HR experience in a variety of sectors
including, professional services and hospitality. The good mangers has championed
best practice people management and driven performance improvement. The good
mangers focus on the developing diversity and inclusion programs and
initiatives through projects within my university studies. Over all this paper
is the best possible result, leveraging my knowledge of both business and
technology
