If the organization wishes to
further improve its strategies developments and implementations in a strategic
then it can use the PDCA framework. There are actually four stages in this
framework which include Act, Check, Do, and Plan. By carrying out the tasks of
all stages, SABIC can improve in a sustainable way.
Plan of
Sustainable SABIC
Just as the name of this stage suggest,
it is all about planning and the organization only has to plan in it about the
products that it is providing. There are some questions like; How is the sale
being affected? What are the factors that are causing the sales to go low?
Which solution can prove to be the best for the organization? These questions
will prove to be helpful in organizing the options and move on to the next
stage.
Do Sustainable SABIC
In this stage, the organization
can think about the potential solutions by going through all the scenarios.
SABIC can simply suppose the implementation or apply the solutions in small
sectors to evaluate the outcomes. Before the application of solutions, it is
significant for the company to apply the strategies that it has formulated.
Check of Sustainable SABIC
In order to ensure that the future solutions will be
effective and that the current strategies are meeting the expectations, the
company can check the outcomes that are being derived by the strategies. The
results will be reviewed after the application of strategies.
Act of Sustainable SABIC
From the previous stage, the organization would be able to
achieve the results which were necessary. These outcomes will help a lot in the
implementation of the solution once and for all. The applied solution, therefore,
will be sustainable and quite beneficial to the organization.
