To conclude SABIC has benefited
enormously by being a sustainable organization. It has given the organization a
competitive advantage over its competitors that has made it possible to gain
more benefits from all of its stakeholders. The campaign of company is to encourage the awareness in
the employees and to improve the current trends. The imitative concern for the
regulatory terns is to conduct the workshops. The strategies are related to
dedicated safety terns, accountability and citizenship. The positive impact of
