Although seeing conflict
with a different view demands a lot of patience, but it is one of the most
effective strategy. Whenever a conflict arises at the workplace, it should be
welcomed and noted down keenly instead of considering it a hazard and emergency
situation. Conflict gives variation in opinion and a chance of seeing thing
with different perspectives. Conflict is beneficial for companies as well as
leaders because it is a marker of evolution. Conflict if handled properly can
have very astonishing and beneficial results. A resolved conflict leads to
learning, insight and connection.
For Instance, two people
may have completely different levels of energy and ways of doing work. Suppose
two people Mark and John, working in a company. Mark accuses john of having
slow speed in work. While John says that Mark does all his work with negligence.
In this scenario Mark and John has their own ways of work and both have
different attributes which can be used for benefits for the company. Mark’s
speed of work can be advantageous in times of hurry whereas John’s careful work
is very important itself. So conflicts are a source of change and diversity,
they provide the companies and people with a lot of benefits. (JayHarolds
