In
1960s, the power of black going to enhance and people of united state going to
accept the change of color with positive attitude. Blacks are going to improve
their living skills and they work hardly to improve their life and want to
accept a respectable representation in the country. Many opportunities are
discover by the black people that enhance many attractiveness in many fields
and show a good impression of their personality and with their great behavior. (swords, 2017)
In
“Meet the new class: theorizing young black leadership in a post racial era”,
the author explains that after the involvement of black people in politics, the
politics moves to new path. Majority and minority people have complete right to
enter in the governance and the new black politics going to pass from many
different phases that bring new and positive changes in the field of politics.
They motivate white people to came and vote for them by showing their extra
efforts and extraordinary working skills in all fields. With more educated
skills and intelligence, black people want to make their separate identity with
white people and want that everyone in the world admit their presence and their
skills and for that they bring many positive changes in the business field
also. And black want to explore their skills with white to make a strong
community in front to other countries. In “demobilization in the new black
political regime: ideological capitulation and radical failure in the post
segregation era”, the author explain that systematic incorporations have to
work in different dimensions that support the urban policies for the lack. And
their efficiency in the electoral corollary going to change in huge amount in
the official black politicians. Black people going to increase their
administrative control with all their supportive efforts. They also work for
integration private civil rights and enhance the state of organizations at
higher level. The regime of race relation management motivate the working skills of incorporation
in all dimensions and support the political ideology of black for the people in
positive manner. So black are become successful in obtaining their personal
importance in front of white and that have their separate personality and representation
in among the many countries. In “ the Katrina conspiracies: the problem of
trust in rebuilding an American city” , the author going to explain that black
and white collectively work to improve the life of urban in all fields. Black
try to show their positive impression in front of all by getting more and more
education and skills and motivate their people to work for the betterment of
themselves and for the success of urban. White people have their own life style
and standards for spending their life, doing business and work in different
fields. They are not easily willing to accept the position of black people
easily. Black people work very hard in every field to make their position
strong and try to admit that fact they are not below white people and can do
best in every filed so they select policies to present their skills and
abilities and everyone in the world going to admit their abilities with great
efforts. (Ethnicity and the Multicultural City: Living with Diversity, 2002)
