In the
Hong Kong-Taiwan loophole case the behavior of the criminal seems to be very suspicious
because the murderer killed his own girlfriend, and he was suppose to go on a
trip with her. The boy was a 19 years old guy and he was supposed to suffer
from some kind of mental disorder that makes him kill his girlfriend. The age
of the murderer was so young and how he hides the dead body that is quite
certain that he was not a professional killed and never been involved in this
kind of activities before this. The reason of killing his girlfriend not very
serious and it seems to be a fight between both people. It is also possible that the murderer take the
girl to Taipei for the intention to kill her in other city where he has fewer
chances to be accused of killing his girlfriend (Hutter, 2018).
Other than the issues of the girlfriend
murder, Chan was under arrest in the Hong Kong, where he just goes through the charges
of managing stolen goods and theft. He is blame of stealing the bank card,
phone, a camera and NT$20,000 of his girlfriend Poon, and in late February take
out the money from Poon bank account two times, from a cash machine in the Hong
Kong. So it can also be said that Chan killed Poon just for her money and may
be Poon get to know about his wrong intentions about her properties, and as a
result Chen killed her. The Chan perior
to killing his girlfriend seems to get involved in activities of theft
according to the investigation get from the friends of both Poon and Chen. The
personality of Chen also seems to be broken and he was hard person to
understand, it appears very aggressive and reckless boy and was also very rude
towards the policeman (Legalmatch.com, 2018).
