This paper will have
all the necessary illustrations and several other activities related to subject
of this Paper. This report will analyze that what are the effect of activities
done by the PR and CSR after collecting the data of the practices of both these
departments.
This methodology will
give all the restrictions it has as the research method for the completions of
this study involves data, sample and Population will be completed from
individuals. Furthermore, this report will also cite the constraints of this
study.
This study will use
both quantitative and qualitative method for research as questionnaire will be
derived from the sample to measure the activities of CSR and PR within the
company so will it discuss the hurdle or constraints it may have to face during
the collection of data for this specific research. Hence the data gathered
using both of the method cited above results will be derived upon.
Sampling Method
Questionaries that would be filled by
individuals is elected as the primary source of research and to conclude
results from it.
Questionnaire is designed to ask specific
questions about the role of CSR and PR activities in the company. It will be
filled by both higher management or executives and other employees in the
company, which will help un in understanding the view point of both.
Measurement Instrument
This research will
use questionnaire a primary source for getting the data and results from it.
Moreover, secondary data i.e. earlier studies and research questions regarding
the CSR and PR activities in the company will be the variable to be used. In this
regard there are 3 questions designed to be asked from employees and 3 from the
higher management i.e. executives of the organization.
The questionnaire designed for this study
will be dispersed among 75 volunteers of different companies, as this is totally
on volunteer base so 25 females and 50 random males will be elected. These
volunteer employees will be requested to fill the questionnaire who will be
willing to share their opinion. In many
ways a company can implement several CSR and PR activities that will results in
not only boost of their individual performance but overall performance of the
company. The purpose of the CSR and PR
activities is to boost up the efficiency of the company and increase the gross
revenue in the company.
