The word has become a globalized and
digitalized hub where all the countries around the world are connected with
each other. The advancement of technology has abolished the physical bounties
between the nations and continents. Likewise, the national economies have also
become a part of single economic system called global economy. In such
situation every country has to deal and compete with other countries of the
world. Therefore, in order to compete in this digitalized and competitive world
it is important for every country to achieve sustainable economic growth.
In this regard, effective
implementation of Information Communication Technology has positive relation
with the economic growth and development. ICT ensure the growth and development
on State, industrial and organizational level. In the emerging Asia, the
correlation between ICT and economic growth has evident, as those countries
that have adapted and implemented the technological advancement has achieved
considerable growth in the past few years. In this regard, China, India and
Singapore are the most prominent countries in Asia that have achieved
sustainable economic growth by embracing the Information Communication
Technology.
Learning forms these countries other
developing countries should also go for economic transformation through ICT. In
this way these underdeveloped countries can also achieve increased
productivity, improved life standard and sustainable growth of national
economy. Although the adaptation of
Information Communication Technologies seems difficult and challenging for the
other developing countries but in this every changing world of digitalization
it has become integral for these countries to embrace technological integration
in order to compete with the other economies of the world.
