As an HR professional in the contemporary
and emerging business environment; it is analyzed that in human resource
department one needs to have the necessary skills so that there could be
effectiveness in the company and departmental operations. It is analyzed that
in the contemporary business environment or in emerging environment, HR
Managers can emphasizes people so that they could be motivated. However, HR
professionals can use their technical skills as well as human relations skills
for the successful performance. However, it is need to be concerned that if HR
professional use his/her conceptual and design skills effectively then there
could be growth and companies can accomplish the organization goals. For the
employee engagement HR managers need to focus on the performance of the people
and need to teach them about the business skills as in this way, organization
can ensures maximum benefit. HR manager need select the right people who have
the right skills so that employees could do innovation and experimentation that
could be beneficial for the companies in some ways. HR professional in the
organizational environments need to deals with recruiting, skills, knowledge,
abilities, motivations etc. HR professionals need to manage and motivate people
especially when they feel stress because it will help them in continuing in
their performance (Bratton and Gold 2012).
