The
CIPD profession map is very useful for the HR profession. Through the use of
this map, HR department is able to define and evaluate their profession. The HR
department is involved in upgrading the organization by improving past mistakes
and apply changes in those tasks that contain mistakes. The HR department has
evaluated this by ideal planning and discussion with their employees. In CIPD
map this map is also used to improve the resources and also improve the
training and this also the job of HR department in any organization the HR
department is involved in managing all the resources regarding their
organization. The HR department designs the talent criteria and then according
to that they hire the employees for ideal talent planning. If the organization
has talented employees according to the requirement so that they can move the
organization in efficient way and HR department is involved in improving the
talent techniques through different self assessment tests. The HR department
main job is to contribute with their employees by giving them relaxation and
completing their major or minor requirements so that their employees are able
