I am able to transfer the new
knowledge and skills that are necessary for the working practice and this can
be done through meetings with the employees and giving good presentation about
the new knowledge for the organization that will help to improve the
organization for the future. I am able to transfer different type of skills in
the organization by arranging different workshops for the employees on weekly
basis so that these employees can overcome all the major mistakes they are
doing for completing their work. I am able to transfer these important skills
that I have learnt through different experience through specialist employees
that are with organization for a long time so that these employees are able to
guide their juniors so that they can improve the development of organization in
quite efficient way. I have also learnt new skills about improving the
development of organization and I am able to transfer these skills to my
employees by talking with them and give proper demonstration about these new
skills. This is my job to improve these
skills for developing the organization in efficient way. I will do it by
sharing my new skills with my employees so that is will help them to develop
the organization.
