It is also running massive operations as well as vast size. The strategy evaluation shows the Apple’s value discipline, its grand strategy and generic strategy.   

Apple’s value discipline

        This concept is introduced by the Koch, Treacy and Weiersema (2010) and it also follows the studies of the Micheal Poreter.  This theories describes every companies must be follow the three dimension as;

Product leadership, Customer Intimacy and Operational excellence are included in these three dimensions. By using these three dimensions apple is focusing on the product lairdship whereas the other two parts will be maintain according to the standards of the industry (Teece, 2010).
