During the course of project, I
along with my team face various challenges and through collaboration and
effective management, we were able to come through. Indeed, I got to learn a
lot from our journey and I would like to send the knowledge that I gained in
form of activities. In order to actually convey the knowledge, pre-activities
must be designed for team so that members of the team are able to get the
glimpse of actual project in the future. In the activities, there should be a
system of feedback so that performance of each and every individual is recorded
and acted upon accordingly. For my CPD growth such an approach will help in
improving the mistakes and making sure that something like this will not happen
and risk the actual project. The most important element that I would like to be
integrated in work practices in the form of activities is the effective
collaboration of employees along with work according to their skills. I tend to
lean towards activities because they can offer the practical knowledge that
theories cannot offer. I have learn how to manage the team and project
effectively, I got great skills that how effectively team issues can be
resolved and proper planning can be done.
