Introduction of Legal Aspect of Business

        This case is about the money issue in the small café. Adam is the owner of this café.  A number of employees are working in his café. Then after some days, this café has faced a money issue and that money is around few hundred dollars. This is because all the employees have access to the till and they work behind the counter on daily basis with regulations of turns. Due to this issue Adam has arranged a meeting in which he discussed about the money that is missing.  During the meeting he started to suspect his employee who’s named was Jane. This is because she was in angry mood during the meeting.

        Then after this another employee told Adam about Jane and after this Adam chat with Jane about this issue then she told him that she is pregnant and she wants maternity leave. By keeping in view the entire scenario in this case there is discussion about the three laws that will relate to this situation and all their acts with detail will be discussed.
