In order to compete at an international level and to gain an economical advantage for long term they do need better logistic, this is subject to those companies only who are operating at international level.

They recommend to have evolve a proper strategy for better performance for a contract or project that is of very high value or have great risk involved before it is inaugurated. The purpose of this meeting to set clear communication about the role of the contractor company, procurement office and agency to determine the standards on the basis of which evaluation of performance will be done an to make a report of it so as to get better results.
