The
employment law is the main concern of the Adams case, in the given case the
Adams has to deal with many of the employment law related issues like employee’s
frauds, stealing, money missing, blaming employees, maternity law etc. In this law case there would be the discussion
and analysis regarding the employees law issues occur, rules to be implement in
the case related to employment Fraud law, Gross misconduct and maternity and
Equality law 2010, analysis of the case and at the end recommendations and
opinions to the Adams to overcome the issues occurs in the business. Being the
owner of the business the decision of the Adam regarding the employees law
issues would have an impact in his business and it is also very important for
the Adam to go for the most favorable and suitable option. In this report after
analysis the case and appropriable law principle the advise would be given to
the Adam, that help him to deal with the situation (Aitken 2016).
This case
need to be analysis keeping in mind of the legal rules of employment law
related to misconduct, frauds and maternity laws. Many of the issues are
presented in the law related to the money stealing, maternity leave, sex
discrimination and the owner also not have any evidence and proof against the
person who have conducted the theft. As it can be observe from the case that
the Jane who is an employee in the cafeteria is estimated by Adam to be the
guilty of theft because of her weird behavior. In this case there would be
analysis of the case, to investigate who would be the likely guilty of stealing
the money (Doobay 2009).
