There are many theories of the
leadership that can be used by the managers and executives to be more dominant
over the people in the organization. In this paper there is a research
conducted about key qualities of the transformational leaders that
distinguishes them from other people and motivates the people around them to
follow their path. The behavior characteristics of a good leader that make him
more influential over the masses and the leader should be democratic in the organization
that create more value for the leader. The transformational leader gives other
people a kind of latitude, permission to express his feelings and the all the
necessary information people need from him. Because a leader whether on the
political or company level have more power than the other people so it is very
essential for him to make other people feel good about his power and privileges
and not try to make them insecure about this authorities.
It is very necessary for him the
people in the company inspired from him because of his authorities and power,
these things make the leader work in a better way without being panic from the
masses about his power. The other things
to understand is that the transformational leader must be inspired but should
not be hated, being inspiration and source of motivation is good for leader and
it is also enhanced his power over the masses.
In the transactional leadership the leader should always try to motivate
his employees to do their work more effectively in the company, he should also
listen to the problem of the employees and also try to solve them because
employees in the company always looks up to the managers for their problem so
they should be responsive towards their employees and also motivates the employees
to follow their path and adopt the change.
