Once I have worked for the
implementation of a new software project that was based on the incremental
build model; the software development model was newly designed based on the waterfall
model. How in the campaign new technology companies were guided that how new software
projects or models can be implemented. The project gets the success because
technological companies get interested in the new waterfall model. For the integration
of project management, it is analyzed that new software project achieves
the goal because many technical companies wanted to implement it. There is the
proper monitoring of the project and companies performed it to stay competitive
in the market. For the integration of project management, the goals and targets
were achieved as the software was based on the new technology and can help
companies to stay competitive. The scope or objective of the new
waterfall model was to help the clients to cover the waterfall technological
gap (Harwardt 2018).
For the time management of the new project software development model of waterfall
model, it is analyzed that the three weeks were taken for the completion of the
project. Consequently, for the cost of the software development model;
waterfall model at $95 per
hour was decided. The allocated budget was favorable for the clients. There was
a focus on the project management quality also for the new software
project the quality concerned so that there could be a positive impact to
satisfy the needs of the customers. The human resource for the new
waterfall model was skilled. Consequently, for the communication with the people effective
communication techniques example, face-to-face and email conversation were
focused. Moreover, project risk in the waterfall
model included the security risks. Moreover, the project was managed for the profitability and the project culture was favorable for the stakeholders so
that best results can come out (Bakker, Boonstra and Wortmann 2010).
