This study has examined the impact
of globalization on business. The activities of a company along with economic
and the technology development, communication as well as transport, for
enterprise impose the need in its struggle for survival, their strategies have
to change, from the borders of their country they go out. Keeping the importance
of globalization in businesses this research entirely depends upon the globalization
effect on the market. The study has carried out a thorough literature review to
gain insights and knowledge regarding the research objective. It is analyzed
through the literature review that an ergonomic approach toward business is
developing in the age of globalization.
The next section of the research explains
the methodology adopted in this research; the study has been conducted through
primary as well as the secondary analysis. The literature review is done for
the secondary research and questionnaire is made to do the fundamental research.
The survey is prepared for five questions and filled by the 25 participants;
who were CEO of different companies. The model summary has shown that the value
of R square is 0.510. The ANOVA test was applied on the model that explains the
sum of squares, a degree of freedom, mean square, a value of F test and the
value of significance for both regression and residuals. Finally, it is analyzed
that globalization has an impact on the businesses because the gained value of
r square is above than 0.5 and adjusted r square is about 0.6. At the end of
the research, it is concluded that business globalization is the leading
concept during the last decades.

from traditional targets, forcing the business leaders to modify, for a
successful business to alternative measures as well as the entrance on the
worldwide markets, making competitive advantage with the objective as this topic
is fascinating as our research depends on the globalization effect on the
