In 1887,  a research study conducted by the Wilson puts light on the administration system. The administration system of the private and public organization can be different in many manners. In the public organization administration usually, give more importance to the public. Interest and benefits of the public are the prime concerns of h the public organization. Unfortunately, the public organization has a number of issues for their employees and working staff (Wilson, 1887). For instance, people working the public organization in which prisoners are there, employees security becomes a difficult task sometimes. As prisoners can be proved as harmful for the organization and its employees.

               A research article elaborate that in the public administration public opinion is really important and their criticism is a major source of reshaping the operations and administration of the public organization. Therefore while working in a public organization's employees face difficulties in daily routine work. Public organizations work similar to the public government. Wilson in his research discussed the public administration and the public government. In accordance to him, the administrative structure of the government is directly concerned with the administrative functions that are getting the effect by the public weal.

                The article relates to the questions asked in the interview, therefore, theories and concepts presented in the article are directly related to the answer to the questions also (Rainey & Bozeman, 2000). The problems discussed in the article for the public organization are relatively similar in all public organization. Even the basic structure of all type of organizations as the private and public organization is same but still, there are some problems and difficulties that are only associated with the public organizations because of the difference in the influencing factors and importance given to the various management systems and policies for the organization.

            The departmental system is almost same in all type of organizations as in each organization there are a finance department, operational department, and HR departments but the question how the operations of the organizations are being financed has different answers in the private and public organizations that sometimes increases problems and issues for the public organization. As the public organization is usually financially supported by the public and investors from society. Therefore to get the desired amount of financial resources they have to ask the public and their investors. Because of this sometimes they face challenging situations in running the operations of the organization.
