            The leaders are not born they are created through different studies and experiences. According to the pervious observation it can easily be seen that good and ideal leaders are made. This is mine observation too that the leaders are made not because for leadership there are number of skills that are obtained through learning, practice and also experience with time. Yes the leadership can be learned and it is learned through training and experience because good leaders are the one who work on their abilities and seek out development opportunities that will help them to learn more advance skills. There are different styles of leadership these can be learnt through experience and maturity. According to the research it can be seen that two third leaders are made and only one third leaders are born. The leaders that are made include Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther king Jr and many other more. So this can be concluded that the great leaders are made they are not born (Engellau, 2018).
