            To bring a change successfully in the Hotel Al-HAS, it is believed that the transformational leadership approach is best options because transformational leadership does not merely lead the workforce to brings the change but it encourage the work force to support the change process by developing their interest. A transformation leader creates the need of change and brings chance on the base of the mutual benefit of all.
