What I learnt? Of Personal Development

There is a lot that I believe this simple session added to my life. First of all it helped me know the importance of time and management in my life. The system enables saving time and overall increase the efficiency. This helped in my personal development as I now seek to do tasks in a better and efficient way. I would be doing the same tasks but also seek if there is an alternate and better way to do it so I can manage time and do more with other tasks. The sessions changed my perception about the simplest things we see. As a person I now want to manage time in a better way for my personal growth in the organization.

 The session provided me with the knowledge of the system and how it can use addressing different queries. This has allowed me to understand different technology and how it facilitates my day to day work. Not only this but the session included experiences of different instructors and how they handled the situations. This allowed me to learn from their experiences and actually follow what they do. The interactive session help me boost my confidence as an instructor as it helped me understand the issues of instructors in an insightful manner equipping me with the right knowledge on how to address them.

The importance of engagement is a key element in the personal development of any individual. This session was meant to be informative session about the BB learn attendance but it was made dynamic by the engagement of different instructors and reflected how engaging can help learn a lot that we may not know or perceive differently. It urged me to ask questions and engage with my colleagues. This not only helps us know the other person but our own strengths and weakness. Engagement allows us to grow as a person and adapt to the environment. It allows us the opportunity to act as influencer and put forward out point of view.

Lastly what I think will add to my personality development is my recognition of the importance of such training sessions. This helped me learn the system and how to use it. This was a knowledgeable experience which encouraged participation and enabled learning. I would be clueless about so many things had I misses the session.  The session goes to show the importance of the training sessions and it has made me commit to myself not to miss such dynamic sessions as they allow us to engage and learn not only in the classroom environment but outside too.
