In this research there is the
discussion on the perspective of the teamwork that it leads to better
organizational performance than working individually. However, in the paper the
success factors of organizations are discussed that how through managing teams
effectively; companies are getting success. There is focus on the Meanings of
Team and work sprit that team members could get through working as a team.
Moreover, it is analyzed through conducting literature review on different
studies that for better organizational performance employees need to have
positive spirit and working capacity that could be only attained through the
teamwork; as employees get motivation and there can be positive impact on the
success of organization. In the current research; secondary research is focused
so that primary data gathered by researcher can be analyzed. Based on the
survey-based research it is concluded that there is the analysis of the
individual performance as compared to the teamwork that can more efficiently
bring better organizational success. However, based on the conclusion and
effective analysis in the end of research conclusion is also given.
