In the current research secondary
research method is focused and therefore, different literatures on the teamwork
benefits to organizations are analyzed. However, secondary analysis refers to
the use of existing research data for finding answers of some questions which
were different in terms of the actual work. There are some basis ethical
problems linked with the secondary usage of researched information as it not
always contains the information from respondents. A lot of information is in
fact being gathered through different research processes, surveys, and other
systems concerning the routine wise management of information (McQuarrie 2015).
For the generation of a new
hypotheses and answering a research question, the analysis of existing data
takes place that does teamwork lead to better organizational performance than
working individually? But there are also some certain ethical problems related
with the analysis of secondary data that need to solved. Information concerning
the improved performance with teamwork rather than individual working is
available in large clusters on many online and offline platforms. However,
access for more analysis and use is implied. Original data’s ownership is
acknowledged though. However, the research problem identified that there may be
culture differences in the organizations therefore; the data collected by the
sources that conducted primary survey may not be authentic as teamwork may vary
company to company.
