For the analysis of the current
research question, does teamwork lead to better organizational performance than
working individually? The current research use the secondary research method
through focused on the existing research data. In the secondary method of
research, utilization of the present data is carried out. The present
information collected and summarized for increasing the research’s
effectiveness. For analyzing the present study, the already published material
is actually included in the secondary research similar to documents and
research topics. Through different resources such as surveys, websites, and
public libraries, such data can be obtained. (Vartanian 2011). There are some
non-government and government bodies which store information which can be
assessed and taken from them anytime for different research aims and questions. Most
appropriate data based on the organizational efforts to promote teamwork is
focused, that how companies are getting the advantages through teamwork and how
this cause is promoting by the organization in order to increase the
productivity.
For this research secondary
research is used as it is much more cost-effective than primary research, as it
makes use of already existing data, unlike primary research where data is
collected first hand by organizations or businesses or they can employ a third
party to collect data on their behalf.Through secondary research in this paper
there is saving of lots of time, money and other resources. Also data from
large sample surveys may be of higher quality and representative of the
population. It avoids repetition of research & wastage of resources by
detailed exploration of existing research data and also ensures that sensitive
topics or hard to reach populations are not over researched.
