Based on the secondary research
analysis the researches that have analyzed told that companies are getting the
benefits as there is increase in the profitability through focus on the
teamwork rather than individual performance. Various arguments in theoretical
forms have been produced for explaining just why better organizational
efficiency is led by teamwork.
There are some theories that
focus upon the motivation and efforts of individual employees and assure that
they work better and harder. Actually, positive impacts on the motivation,
commitment, and job satisfaction of an employee led to a better organizational
performance after modifications in behaviors. Individual discretion and
decision-making are promoted with teamwork as some critical motivating element.
It is also suggested that employees will become more committed due to it and
effectiveness will be increased. Organizational outcomes and teamwork will be
positively related. The review will be guided by the assumption that
organizational performance is affected positively by teamwork. It has been
indicated previously as well that teams can improve effectiveness while
encouraging workers to work harder and smartly.
