Introduction of End of Work-Term Report

        In this report, the basic purpose is to detail and discuss all relevant information about my co-op work as a Contract Specialist at ARD Company situated in Libya. This work term report will have all the necessary details about my work experience description, roles and responsibilities along with learning objectives. After giving a good enough description, the next step would be to examine the overall learning experience. It is important to examine that how such learning experience helps to develop positive or negative feeling and what kind of challenges were there. Then I would like to talk about my self assessment in two ways; the first assessment would be regarding learning about job specific knowledge, and second one is learning about yourself. These two steps will help to ensure the self assessment process in this job experience. After assessing overall experience, finally I would come up with recommendations for the ARD Company that what can be improved regarding my work term, and it would include range of topics relevant to the organization. In the end whole discussion will be concluded for this work term report.
