Learning Objectives of End of Work-Term Report

        It is a fact that when someone is involved in any job or any kind of experience, then he/she must have some objectives in mind. Here I would like to mention some considerable objectives, which I established with the assistance and supervision of my supervisors, and will throw light on fulfilling these objectives or lacking behind in any objective:

      My first major objective was to develop my communication skills so that I can be more attractive with my co-workers at my workplace, and the way I am improving my communication skills, it is more likely that I will certainly improve my communication skills.

      The second major objective for me was to improve my negotiation skills with regards to written communication with clients or in-person negotiations with clients. I am quite hopeful that till the end of this work term, I will be a better person in doing any kind of negotiations.

       The third major objective for me was to develop my evaluation skills for contracts. This learning objective will help me to take more care of understanding everything in the contracts and properly report them to the upper management. I really need to work on this learning objective so that I can improve it as early as possible.

     My fourth learning objective would be to develop my ability to handle contracts promptly and not rushing the work assigned to me. I will be on time to do my tasks, and I hope to improve these skills by the end of this work term which is December 2018.

       My last learning objective is to enhance my ability to handle work pressure specially in terms of meeting deadlines. The job duties can be stressful and it can be hard to meet deadlines all the time. So, I am learning this skill at this work term, and I will be a better individual to handle pressure and meet deadlines in the future.
