Examination of learning experience of End of Work-Term Report

        It is important to analyze the work experience in terms of learning experience that what has been learned through this work term.  I must admit that I always have been a nervous starter. But this work experience has improved my confident level that now I positively and confidently start my tasks, and complete them with positive ending too. It means that from start to end, positivity remains around my nature. I always wondered that how I would perform in any professional environment, but this work experience has been instrumental in my success. I do well in so many ways. Whatever challenge or difficult task is assigned to me, I never shy away from that challenge. There can be individuals, who hesitate in taking initiatives, and I was one of them. But with this work learning experience, I have been able to succeed in my all tasks, and helped the company in so many different ways.

        I must share the fact that multitasking was always a big challenge for me, because it really scatters my focus that how to focus on so many things at a time. This work term has thrown this great challenge to me as I was assigned multiple tasks and responsibilities. But the good thing about this learning experience is that it has enhanced my ability to take any kind of challenges. Now, I openly accept any challenges, and work hard until I fulfill those challenges. I really learned one thing during this work experience, and that was about the positive energy at the job. If someone has positive energy and urge to do well and keep fighting with coming challenges, then there is nothing can stop them to achieve their success and learning objectives. I was not that kind of optimistic person holding so much positive energy to do well all the time, but this work experience has really changed my perspective about achieving personal goals and working hard for them as much as possible.
