Self-Assessment (articulation of learning) of End of Work-Term Report

            I was able to learn so much job specific knowledge during this work term. I was not that known to make and handle contracts in professional terms and this job experience provided me so much job specific knowledge that how contracts are prepared and evaluated, and how negotiations are made with clients to earn maximum benefits etc. I was able to learn that how to prepare and finalize MSAs service agreements, CDAs, work and change orders etc. I was able to learn these skills and knowledge through great supervision of my supervisors and senior colleagues. They were so kind and supportive to help me in understanding each task, and if I was going in wrong direction, they corrected me by providing healthy feedback. This new acquired knowledge is going to be extremely crucial for my future endeavors. In my next work term or job experience, I will apply this knowledge to the similar situation that I will be facing in the future. I still feel that I have to improve a lot with many skills like communicating effectively with clients and peers so that maximum output can be achieved. Such experiences will be critical for my future career path to achieve my career goals.
