This
job experience was certainly a great learning curve for me in terms of
exploring various strengths and weaknesses of my personality, and enhancing my
ability to work on strengths to mitigate weaknesses. I learnt about myself that
I am a hardworking individual, who is always willing to learn new things. I
also came to know that as a person, I was not that confident in earlier part of
my work, but as time went by, I gained so much confidence and started to take
any kind of challenges. This credit certainly also goes to my supervisors how
helped me in each step of my progress in this job experience in ARD Company. This
work knowledge attained for my personality is going to be so critical for my
future success at any given role.
I
have learned the basics and I am sure I can apply these basics in any given
work environment. In terms of academic and professional development, this
personal knowledge has been so fruitful in many different ways. I would also
like to give credit to my academic studies, which were so to the point and
relevant that they really helped me a lot at each step of this work experience.
I really felt that I was good enough prepared through my studies to take the
challenge of this job. There are always areas to improve certainly, but overall
academic studies helped me to be prepared for the practical and professional
application of my knowledge. Moreover, I have understood different dynamics of such
jobs along with my industry that it has broaden my knowledge to search for
better job in the future.
Recommendations of End
of Work-Term Report
The overall work experience was a
great one for me in ARD Company, and they have done so many things right that
it is hard to give any considerable recommendations for them. But here I would
like to briefly give two three recommendations to make their worm environment
more brilliant, and make them as a best company for employees. The first recommendation
is to decentralize their leadership approach. The leaders are still supportive
and kind, but if employees will be engaged more, and if they are given more value,
it would be great for both the company and employees. The other recommendation
is to hire more employees. I observed that numbers of employees are bit less
than the actual work requirements and many employees have to perform extra
tasks. The last recommendation is to work more on employee reward program so
that they can feel more happy and satisfied with their jobs.
