Conclusion of End of Work-Term Report

        After providing all the necessary details about my work term experience at ARD Company in Libya, it can be concluded that overall experience was so informative and great learning curve for my academic, professional and practical knowledge. The work environment is great with the supportive and kind supervision of supervisors that I did not only improve my personal skills, but I was also able to improve my professional skills with getting job specific knowledge. Moreover, I was able to set many learning objectives and have been able to meet almost every objective before ending this work term. In addition to that I have made few recommendations, which will make ARD Company a more brilliant place to work, otherwise they are still good enough company, and do most of the things right.
