The CEO of a company plays an important role in
the development of the organization. The prime concern of a CEO is performance
management and to deliver maximum productivity to improve the potential of team
members. The effective management motivates employees and develops a healthy
environment in the organization.
The employees failing in meeting the expectation
of performance induces a negative impact on the performance of the company (Forbes. com, 2018). If I am selected as
CEO of poorly performing company most probably I will ace the biggest challenge
of management. If the performance of employees is not managed in the right way
they resist to deal with certain situations, leads to finger pointed, denial and
anger of workers at the workplace and raises issues. The management of poor
performance can raise certain difficulties and issues in the organization (Elearning industry. com, 2013). The issues are
required to be tackled with effective strategies and maturity. Before dealing
with the poor performance the important fact is to investigate the cause and to
identify either it comes from lack of ability and due to low motivation.
The
incorrect identification can generate lots of problems and ultimately increases
pressure on the CEO of the company. The poor performance of the company is
associated with the over difficult task, lack of improvement over time, and low
individual skills, aptitude, and knowledge. The performance problems can be due
to lack of ability (Mindtools. com, 2018). The one to one
performance issue can be reduced by processes including resupply, retrain,
refit, reassign, release. In order to change the performance of the company in
the right manner, I will take some initiatives. As CEO of the organization,
higher expectations are associated with me to bring a major change in the
company and to improve the functionality of the organization.
The potential pressure works as backfire and
increases stress at the point of self-destruction. The leader is often expected
to increase the effectiveness. The solution of issues is to acclimatized
changes in current business by improving online technology (Inc. com, 2018). The use of software’s and apps can
help me in optimizing the accurate assessment.
I have searched new apps for the proper
assessment such as Asana, Lift.do, Evergreen, and Freshdesk. For the maximization
of profits, I advise strong brand awareness through online positioning. The
media platform can be suitable to reach ideal clients. The strong brand loyalty
is another expected challenge for the establishment of the community (Forbes. com, 2018).
The company is continuously striving from the
audience and appealing products are required to be launched to capture the
attention of people. Developing strong brand loyalty is a challenge. I will
advise the company to follow the pre-established trends and to provide some
unique products in the market for the customers to develop a strong bond and to
gain loyalty. The continuous improvement in product and services depends on the
requirement of customers (Elearning industry. com, 2013).
