Plastic surgery is a cosmetic
surgery that has the ability to change the outlook of the person’s ability and
appearance. There are different types of plastic surgeries that may include
cosmetic or aesthetic surgery and reconstructive surgery. Plastic surgeries
involve changing the appearance of a person according to their liking and
disliking. Reconstructive procedures are performed to correct any defects in a
person’s face or body resulting from an accident or by birth. The teenage is
that age when people emphasize a lot over the looks and what people think about
their appearance. If a person has a nice body and beautiful features according
to the standards set by society or the beauty industry only then you are
accepted in to the popular crowd. Nowadays the plastic surgery for face or body
enhancement has become a trend and everyone including teenagers have started to
go for such transformations to fit in the taboos of society. (Gupta 2016)
