Introduction of Technologies Glass Factory

        The aim of this report is to provide deep insights regarding my work experience in the Technologies Glass Factory. I have performed by duties in the Sales management department which deals with the sales of the organization. The purpose of this report is to provide brief information about what I have learned in the organization and how various activities allowed me to build skill & abilities over time. Technologies Glass is a major organization in the region and due to its massive size there are number of activities which the corporation have to perform to run its operations. The report is divided into 6 main section. The first section is the introductory section that provides a brief overview of the report. Section describes the overall work experience. Third section of the reports provide learning experience and fourth section is the Self-assessment. In the end of the report recommendation is provided to the organization about how the organization can improve their work environment for employees. Finally the report is concluded in the end summarizing all the main points of the report.
