In the organization I have learned a lot of skills and gain experience. Through performing various activities in sales department my knowledge regarding sales activities increases which have overall a positive impact on job experience. In the beginning of the work term I was negative about the sales department because I thought working only in the sales management section wont enhance my skills and I will unable to gather much knowledge about various business activities. However upon completion of work my perception changes and I realized that I have earned a lot of things by working in the sales department (Kreitner, 2008).

        I have negotiated with various suppliers quite efficiently due to mu good communication skills. Therefore I can say that I have negotiated with different suppliers successfully and that is why the sales manager appreciated me for my efforts. The only challenge that I face is handling data in abundance. I was not experienced in using excel spread sheet therefore it was a challenge for me to gain the skills which are necessary for handling excel files. However in short period I have gain the skills necessary for handling the data in abundance (Hendry, 2012).

        My perspective about working in the organization was different and I did not have much information about how different employees communicates with each other in culturally diverse working environment. But after working my perception about the working environment changes and I realized that it is not difficult to work in such environment where people with different culture work together. I have realized that when employees work together and share ideas with each other than different problem solved in less period of time. Culturally diverse working environment help the organization to come up with unique ideas (Hendry, 2012).
