I have learned various job related skills which include data handling, communication, problem solving and generation of unique ideas.  My duties have increase my experience in managing excel files and handling the emails so that I can negotiate appropriately with the suppliers. Through performing in the sales department I have gathered detail knowledge about sales operations and their relationship with the profitability of the organization.  In the organization when the sales increases the number of activities related to sales also increases as a result which provide opportunities to learn various new skills. In future I can apply the knowledge to perform various sales related activities efficiently and can become a professional sales manager (Robbins, 2008).

Self-Learning

        I have learned a lot about myself throughout my Job in Technologies Glass Factory. Through performing self-assessment I can say that I possess good communication skills which further improved in the organization. I have realized that I have the ability to work in stressful environment and can handle stress accurately. The skills which I have developed can help to work in various organizations where the number of activities are higher and require such individuals who can solve the problems efficiently. Moreover the business activities in reality are not much different from theory which the students learn in their business studies (Rook, 2015).

        My perspective about working in the organization was different and I did not have much information about how different employees communicates with each other in culturally diverse working environment.  My duties have increase my experience in managing excel files and handling the emails so that I can negotiate appropriately with the suppliers. Through performing in the sales department I have gathered detail knowledge about sales operations and their relationship with the profitability of the organization.  In the work term I can say that I have achieved almost all of the set objectives which I consider a great achievement.
