In 2003, the organizers of
anti-Brexit claimed that 700,000 people were present in the protest to demand
the vote rights of people and to have final terms of deals. The protest was
second largest protest in the history of UK after the end of war demonstration (Usnews. com, 2018). The group formation
process depends on the set of norms and proper ways. Different groups of police
department complete their duty in different days, the activities of the group
members are important for handling of anti-Brexit protest. The grouping of
police forces depends on the minimal contact with each other, labelling groups
process and grouping in the different locations. The aim of police department
is to reduce the conflict between the people (Cbsnews. com, 2018). The conflict can be resolved by
increasing contact between all members of forces. The other ways to reduce the
conflict depends on the solutions of issues. The strong communication and
contact is not sufficient alone. The process requires collaborative achievement
by members of group. The corporation of judicial and police department
participates in the control elements and measures the proposed ways for the practical
operability (Standard. co. uk, 2018). The involvement of
police department in the successive handling is due to national interest of UK
government. The measures in the field includes the judicial cooperation and Police
Corporation for resolving the criminal matters in the state. The proper contact
between the members of protest and police department can reduce the prejudice.
The optimal conditions includes common goals, corporation of intergroup
members, support provided by the law, customs and authorities (Mirror. co. uk, 2018).
According to Sherif Theory for the
group formation the prime conditions includes interdependence of members,
common goals, and interaction between the group members. The allocation depends
on the resource values and group membership (Dawson, 2017). The preferences for the participants
is related to the allocation of money, face to face interaction, inherent
values, and anonymity for memberships of groups. The social identity theory for
the anti-social behavior is a best way to improve the capabilities of police department.
The other theories defining human behavior towards the anti-Brexit and protest
includes deindividuation and norm based theories (Standard. co. uk, 2018). The personality
measures are important to identify the issues and it can be done through Pro-US
interview, mixed conditions, and Anti-US interview. The self-categorization
identifies the members in the groups and provides self-esteem against the
anxiety issues to improve the mortality and awareness. The self-esteem in the
forces shields against the threats of outgroups (Standard. co. uk, 2018).
