        In this project, I have discussed all the critical success factors which are utmost importance in construction of Airport project. While constructing the Airport, there are so many buildings like Air traffic control tower, airplanes hanging, passengers & their baggage terminals etc. So, it is important to collaborate, communicate and plan well to save time and cost of the project. A range of activities, tools, stakeholders, people and management processes are included in successful completion of the Airport construction project. Tools and techniques of the construction project management must be adopted by the managing company of the Airport construction for the better interaction, management, development and faster communication
