It is important to complete the project
timely and in proposed budget, therefore implementation of the effective cost
and time management strategies are required to avoid any uncertainties and
unforeseen events.
In budgeting process, it is important to
divide the cost of the project in different phases and buildings to be
constructed to make it easy to track the cost of the project during the
implementation phase.
Lack of integration among all the relevant
parties of the constructing airport project may also lead to missing deadlines
and happening of uncertainties which resulted in higher cost and budget of
project. Construction of Airport is very mass scale project but in order to
complete it on time, it is important to divide the work in short tasks and
phases and set deadline for each task separately which help management in
tracking overall performance of the project. Managers can assure the successful
completion of the project via defining cost and time limit of project in order
to avoid any unfortunate event.

Communication of Implementing A
Successful Project in Constructional Industry
When it comes to implementing
an efficient airport project, a strong bond of communication and understanding
is very important. Problematic processes and operations of the project can be
led by the lack of such connection. With it is obvious that all of the tasks in
the project have to complement in a provided timeline, so the communication and
collaboration between the team members improve the level of understanding and
tasks are more likely to complete on time. When the team members are well
informed with all of the happening in the project and discuss the problems with
each other, there are more able to handle the issues during the project
management. For the large scale airport construction project, it becomes very
hard for the manager to maintain good communication between the team members. It
can be said that good and effective communication between the team members is
the good indicator of the project success (Fernández-Sánchez &
Rodríguez-López, 2010)
