        The effective planning of the airport constructional project is essential for the successful implementation of project. It is important that while planning for the constructional project all of the stakeholders present, so that they can provide suggestions and recommendation for the planning process. An effective plan for the airport constructional project is that has clear vision of the project requirement and helps the project to meet all deadlines of the tasks.  As the project is being planned, the manager keeps the note of all requirements which must be fulfilled and makes sure that needs are precise and organized. During the project’s planning, it is also significant to make the stakeholders remember their duties and activities. It is quite significant that the project of airport has to be realistic and reliable. During strategizing, the overall supposition of documentation and project cost should be precise. Again, it is also critical for the manager to note down all the previous mistakes that should be avoided in the current project  (Netscher, 2016).
