Obviously,
things don’t always go according to the plan. Therefore, it is essential for
the management to be prepared for any problem or risk as the project is being
implemented. When it comes to a project regarding the airport construction,
there are many problems and risks involved which require to be analyzed to
mitigate the failure risk. If a risk or problem occurs as the project is being
implemented, it is the duty of a project manager to efficiently handle the
problem and will cause no damage to the project. The failure of projects is
quite common due to the problems that occur during the integration as managers
are unable to stay firm when an issue occurs. Therefore the wise action that
the manager can carry out is the preparation of risks during the project’s
planning. In fact, the most effective strategy or plan is the one which is
properly planned and identifies all potential risks as the airport project is
being integrated. Firstly, the manager needs to be sure of the risk’s action
plan if a problem occurs during the project’s integration. Along with the
impact of risk on the project and its existence, the manager should know about
it (PALMER, 2018).
