With the focus upon reporting, notification,
execution, controlling, and project planning, a WBS or work breakdown structure
is considered a strong foundation. In a WBS, the work of project has to be
budgeted, estimated, scheduled, and identified. When many stakeholders are
involved in an airport project, it is quite significant for the manager to
specifically reorganize duties and rules of every worker and simplify it in WBS
to have definite image of all processes and operations. With the use of WBS,
the tracking, assignment, and identification of the project’s work become quite
easy. As the project’s preliminary funding is gained, the Project Director must
develop the WBS which identifies the necessary funds relying on the
requirements and schedules of tasks in the elements of WBS. Normally, the WBS
is a framework that is multi-standard that graphically exhibits and
systematizes elements on the work’s behalf to be carried out (Dillon, 2018).

Employee
efficiency of Implementing A Successful Project in Constructional Industry
As far
as the management of airport project is concerned, the efficiency of employee
is not the main element. In the management, the selection of right workers is
actually the responsibility of the project manager. With more potential workers
and staff, there are more chances for the project’s success. Sometimes, the
duties of workers are not clearly specified in the project management which
affects the integration of the whole project badly. Additionally, it also
results in less efficiency of workers. In the success of a project, the workers
who have the duty of processes and operations of the project are considered the
main indicators. In terms of the project, the stakeholders, suppliers,
employees, staff, and managers are considered the prime resources and elements
of the project. For employees’ better productivity, it is very important to
produce a powerful connection among team members. After all, the disjoint among
workers always results in the failure of a project (Mir & Pinnington,
2014).
